CONCERT & CONVO
Music + Panel Discussion about Mental Health
Our Mission
As people, we are trauma survivors, recovering addicts (12 years sober), and Harvard-Certified advocates for mental wellness. As a band, we aim to give voice to those who are fighting mental health battles in silence, and who are on their journey toward peace. The honor of knowing that our art helps others stay clean another day, or to process abuse, pull through a panic attack, or to safely grieve the death of a loved one, is truly what drives us in all that we do. We believe our music provides an outlet and hope for those who have ever been affected by addiction, mental illness, or trauma. We are dedicated to sharing our knowledge and using our platform to advocate for these causes; it gives purpose to our own pain and future. Our mission is to anchor those who feel adrift, and to inspire resilience on stormy seas through music and discussion.
